Personal Training

This is the ultimate one on one training experience. You get a workout that is tailored to you. After we assess your posture, current fitness and flexibility we design a program tailored to you and your goals. Choose one weekly session to get you started, to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week, and get aggressive with your goals and to be dedicated to help you be your best.

Partner Training

This is a great choice for friends or couples that want to exercise together and get a better workout than you’d get if you just went to the gym. Once both people have gone through the initial consultation and assessment we can get to work.

Small Group & Team Training

This is designed for the people who like to work out in a group but want it to be a little more personal. Or if you have a sports team that wants to gain that competitive edge this is the way to do it. This is set up for groups of 3-6 people that are ready to get strong and fit and have a blast with their friends.
