This is the ultimate one on one training experience. You get a workout that is tailored to you. After we assess your posture, current fitness and flexibility we design a program tailored to you and your goals. Choose one weekly session to get you started, to motivate and keep you accountable. Or, make it two or three times a week, and get aggressive with your goals and to be dedicated to help you be your best.
This is a great choice for friends or couples that want to exercise together and get a better workout than you’d get if you just went to the gym. Once both people have gone through the initial consultation and assessment we can get to work.
Small Group & Team Training
This is designed for the people who like to work out in a group but want it to be a little more personal. Or if you have a sports team that wants to gain that competitive edge this is the way to do it. This is set up for groups of 3-6 people that are ready to get strong and fit and have a blast with their friends.
Our group classes are all taught by one of our trainers. They vary from relaxing yoga to a more intense yoga, from a strength and muscle building workout to a muscle toning endurance building class. There will also be cardio conditioning and bootcamps to mix things up. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday.
Crazy HIIT and HIIT back:
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, several rounds of work/rest interval workouts packed into one hour of fun! With anywhere from 20 seconds to a min of work with 10 to 30 seconds of rest this workout is sure to get your heart pounding. These might be a circuit or a partner based workout.
Come ready to sweat and breathe hard. you will work hard and burn lots of calories.
Crazy Cardio Conditioning:
CCC is a circuit class that involves a variety of different movements and training modalities. This class is for all skill levels, as we can adjust to anyone's fitness needs.
Strength and Tone:
Time to move some iron. Build strength and tone those muscles through functional strength training.
Gentle Flow Yoga:
A flowing, dynamic sequence of poses this type of practice involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. Appropriate for both beginners and seasoned yogi's as modifications are explained both for progression and regression.
Got Muscles? GET MUSCLES!
This class will take the guess work out of strength training and teach you the basic movement patterns of weight lifting. We will meet you where you are in your skills and provide you with a fun and amazing workout.
It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping you to hold poses longer.
Bodyweight and Core:
Full body workout where you will challenge your cardio by getting your heart rate up and keeping it up. Come ready for moving some weights and getting your body moving in many different ways!
A more intense yoga class designed to encourage heat and intensity. Following a traditional Ashtanga style holding poses for longer periods. Classes move with an even faster rhythm than a traditional Vinyasa class, focusing on isometric holds as a means to build strength while still keeping the mind body connection to the breath.
Tabata and Flexibility:
Enjoy an intense 30 minute HIIT/Tabata style class designed to activate the heart and lungs, followed by a deep stretching. This class is the best of both worlds, as we find a balance between strength and flexibility.
Cardio Core Conditioning:
This is an excellent way to get your heart rate up and strengthen those stabilization muscles. This class is for individuals of all fitness levels and is a great way to continue multiple disciplines in one workout.
