April Challenge Results: Exercise Minutes + Announcing May’s Challenge!

For the month of April, our fitness family near and far launched a challenge we coined #leanmeanquarantine. And let us tell you: It was lean. And it was mean.

The goal of this challenge was to accumulate as many exercise minutes as possible individually. All types of exercises qualified, and those that participated did so by walking, biking, strength training, HIIT training, and more! It also helps that April in the PNW was absolutely GORGEOUS and made getting outside that much easier.

In total, all who participated accumulated upwards of 40,000 exercise minutes! We are so proud of everyone who participated and pushed their limits to stay active and competitive in the challenge. Of course, everyone who participated is a winner in our eyes.

We had such a blast being competitive with one another and look forward to kicking off May’s challenge. What is it you might ask? A 30 day squat challenge! Get ready to build that leg and glute strength! Details and schedule below.

As per the rules for April, be sure tag us on social media with #leanmeanquarantine (the beloved hashtag for all of our challenges during quarantine) and #30daysquatchallenge if you decide to partake so we can cheer you on.

We hope you’ll join us! Show us your best squat!
